WAYNE Hatswell feels Kidderminster Harriers must keep improving on set-pieces to increase their goal tally.
As director of football Jan Molby pointed out after Saturday's 1-1 draw at Torquay, goals from corners are "cheap".
But Hatswell's volley from Steve Burton's cross at Plainmoor was a rare example of a flag-kick effort for Harriers.
Hatswell's first goal for Harriers against Huddersfield last month was a header from a Burton corner though.
But he admitted: "For a side that have got some decent headers of a ball, we don't score enough from those situations.
"I personally don't feel I score enough. I did in the Conference but that was only my second ever Football League goal.
"I could have scored another but just got underneath a header from a Steve Burton corner. He's got a great delivery.
"Since I scored one against Huddersfield, I have started to look a bit dangerous but now the season ends next week!
"I will have to keep working on it in the summer as it could be a thorn in the side of opponents.
"We could have won it in the end. David Graham probably won't have scored a better goal than that all season for Torquay. But I didn't think they deserved to be one goal up. We were the far better side in the second half."
Harriers' Molby has clearly not been happy with his squad's showing in training.
And the Dane was keen to point out Harriers' players had got their rewards at Torquay after giving their all in the week.
He said: "This is the only week when the players have trained to the standards we expect for the whole week. They got their rewards by playing well.
"You improve by training well. You don't improve in matches. You spend far more time training than playing matches.
"You have to give everything every day and that was most evident this week."
And Molby added: "We seem to do better against the better sides but there has been some rubbish in between those performances.
"I was pleased with the attitude, energy and desire the players showed. In the first half, we hung in there, competed and I felt Torquay were lucky to get a goal. It was a goal out of nothing.
"For a large part of the second period, we played some good stuff and had an awful lot of chances.
"At the end, if anyone was going to win it was us. I have no complaints. This is a difficult place to come to."
