VOLLEYBALL: Cleobury Mortimer's men have had a busy spell recently with three games in 10 days as the season draws to a close.
They struggled to beat already relegated Tamworth seconds 3-2 with an under-strength squad in the West Midlands League.
But Simon Fish had a superb game and Dan Harding made his debut with Cleobury battling it out for third place in the table.
Then they ran out 3-0 winners at Division Two leaders Telford in the West Midlands Cup semi-finals, gaining revenge for losing at the same stage last year.
Cleobury now play Wombourne in the final at the end of May.
On Sunday, Cleobury completed their home league fixtures with an easy 3-1 victory over Hillcrest, dominating from start to finish.
Paul Guest was player-of-the-match, while juniors Josh Carter and George Bills gained more court experience.
Cleobury now just need to play Persian Phoenix to complete their league programme.
