KIDDERMINSTER'S Antony Warrall used a buzzer on the Stella Lake and caught 13 rainbow trout to 2lb 4oz.
The fishery trout record was broken by a Quarry Bank angler who landed a 17lb 8oz rainbow on the Masters.
A couple of days later, he returned to the scene of his success and caught an 8lb trout.
Another angler used a white worm to catch four rainbow trout with a bag weight of 17lb 4oz.
On the Wyre Dell, an angler from Halesowen used an olive and caught 12 rainbow trout to 3lb.
On the coarse scene at the weekend, 14 catfish were caught on the Erics and 10 on the Gainsborough, mostly falling to popped-up trout.
A visitor from Liverpool caught catfish of 44lb 2oz and 20lb 4oz and another angler landed catfish of 40lb 9oz and 19lb.
Five catfish to 35lb 4oz and five carp to 19lb using boilies were also landed.
Boilies were also used for a 28lb common carp and a 17lb mirror carp, while chum mixers were the choice of a Stafford angler who managed a 20lb 2oz grass carp.
On the Gainsborough, pellets lured two catfish of 27lb 4oz and 13lb, while boilies accounted for a 21lb common carp and a catch of 10 carp to 15lb.
