A KIDDERMINSTER woman is seeking damages of more than £150,000 from Tomkinsons Carpets after a fall at work.
Pamela Field, 36, of Doversdale Avenue, launched a High Court claim in London in a writ, just made publicly available.
The writ said Ms Field broke two ribs when she fell seven feet to the ground while working for Tomkinsons.
She was now suing the company for damages after the accident, in Duke Place, Kidderminster on July 5, 2002.
The writ said the company's insurers admitted liability for her injuries in a letter in March last year but the two sides were thought unable to agree on how much compensation she should receive.
Ms Field worked as a slicer and creeler for the company but gave no other details of her work, the nature of her injuries or the effect they had had on her.
