THE Mothers' Union is marking the 10th anniversary of the International Year of the Family with a day-long conference at the West Midland Safari Park, Bewdley.
The Family Matters Conference event, in June, is being run by the Diocese of Worcester's Mothers' Union and features speakers with inside knowledge of global and local issues challenging families.
It will be chaired by the Bishop of Dudley, the Rt Rev David Walker. Among topics to be discussed are HIV and AIDS and changes in family life.
Workshops will be run on the day, June 30, between 9.30am and 4pm.
