ONE of Worcestershire's largest accountancy practices has announced major senior management changes.
Three senior managers at Crowther Beard LLP have accepted an offer to become Members.
Tom Morgan, who joined the firm straight from Cardiff University, in 1998, is based at the firm's Worcester office, in Wainwright Road, Warndon.
He trained at the firm's Evesham office, before becoming a manager with the newly-formed corporate services team, in 2001.
Maggie Jones and Sarah Costello-Byrne were managers with Radius Accountants in Tewkesbury before the practice merged with Crowther Beard, in November, 2003.
Ms Jones has taken on the role of developing the company's office in Malvern, where she lives, and Ms Costello-Byrne continues to be based in Tewkesbury. The company also has offices in Pershore and Ledbury.
The three join Jonathan Crowther, John Painter and Chris Hobbs as partners.
Transition
Richard Beard, meanwhile, has decided to retire from the practice, having worked as a part-time partner for the past two years, and David Watkins is also retiring, having overseen the transition of MonkhouseWatkins into Crowther Beard's Malvern office. Both will remain as consultants.
"We are delighted that they will be staying as consultants to the practice," said Jonathan Crowther, managing partner.
"They will continue to support the development of the firm, particularly in Ledbury and Malvern."
