A couple hope to build an area to train horses at the back of their house.
Linda Harber, chairman of Malvern Hills Riding Club, wants to construct a menage, 44 by 26 metres, at The Garden House in Longdon Heath.
Any representations on the plan should be received by Malvern Hills District Council by May 20.
