PAUL Keetch couldn't resist a dig at Bill Wiggin during a Commons debate on the decision to "cap" the Council Tax rises of Worcester and Hereford Fire Authority and Herefordshire Council.
The Hereford MP, who has had memorable spats with Bill over ownership of the SAS and who works the hardest at Westminster, began his contribution: "As the only honourable Member from Herefordshire who is present in the Chamber..."
Of course, he could have just been making an observation...
