ONE lucky woman enjoyed a £250 shopping spree after she won an Evening News competition.
Karen Broadbent, from Upton-upon-Severn, won the vouchers after she entered the competition, run in conjunction with Worcester's CrownGate centre, last month.
Hers was the winning name to be drawn from more than 300 entries.
She received her prize from CrownGate centre manager Carolyn Mantle, yesterday, and was able to spend the vouchers at any store in the shopping centre.
"She had to answer a question about activities and events going on at CrownGate during the Easter holidays," said Sarah Taylor, promotions manager at the Evening News.
"The first correct entry drawn was Karen's.
"The correct answer was Newbridge Park Farm."
