YOUNGSTERS at Tardebigge First School came up with a wheely good idea when they made some model floats for this year's Bromsgrove Carnival.
As part of their project on wheels, the six and seven-year-olds broke out the cardboard and glue to make the models, which have delighted teachers and members of the carnival committee. Now staff are looking for somewhere to display the model floats so everyone can enjoy them.
"We are hoping a local business might want to display the models in their window during carnival week," said head teacher Sue Helps.
Meanwhile members of the carnival committee say there is still time to enter a float into this year's carnival, which will be held on June 19 and 20. They are also looking for volunteer marshals to help with the grand parade on Saturday morning.
If you would like to volunteer or enter a float, contact committee chairman Jeff Evans on 01527 576251. If you can help display the model floats call 01527 872886.
