DARLING buds visited a garden centre to help select shrubs and flowers to brighten up their world.
Youngsters from St Godwald's Pre-School in Finstall went to the Little Heath Garden Centre to choose plants and equipment for their new outdoor play area.
The fun-packed shopping trip was funded through a generous £3,000 grant from the Local Network Fund for Children and Young People, administered by Community First.
"It is hoped that the children will, very soon, have access to an outdoor playing area making their time at pre-school even more fun," said Sue Overton, manager at the St Godwald's Road pre-school.
