CHEERY children at a Bromsgrove school welcomed in the month of May with some traditional celebrations.
Nimble-footed tots at Finstall First School held a special assembly for Mayday.
Dances, which had taken months to perfect, were performed and the youngest children in the school, Georgia Taylor and Ala Sumner Bashir, both aged four, were crowned the May Queen and King.
Headteacher Tec Richards said: "It was a lovely occasion and it was wonderful for the parents to be able to see the dances the children have been working on for so long."
