MUMS-to-be are being encouraged to breast feed their babies.
The Bromsgrove branch of the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) has joined forces with a number of other groups to promote the importance of breastfeeding.
The campaign takes place during National Breastfeeding Awareness Week, which runs until this Saturday. The Redditch and Bromsgrove Primary Care Trust (PCT), Sure Start of Redditch and Breastfeeding Link are also supporting the campaign.
"Breastfed babies generally have a better immune system. Breastfeeding mums burn up to five hundred more calories a day and, best of all, breastfeeding is free and highly portable," said Louise Langston from Sure Start, Redditch.
"That's the message we are trying to get across during National Breastfeeding Awareness Week."
This Saturday, representatives from all agencies will be at the Kingfisher Shopping Centre in Redditch to offer support and advice to new parents. There will also be a host of fun family activities, including face paining and competitions.
Libby Joss, of the Bromsgrove NCT, said: "Last year we launched the 'You CAN Do It Here' guide which lists local shops, restaurants and leisure centres who welcome breastfeeding mums.
"This year we are asking that they incorporate a breastfeeding policy into their induction schemes so that mums can be assured or a consistent welcome in the listed establishments."
