STAFF and pupils from St Faith's Junior School led morning worship at St Nicholas' Church for the last time on Sunday, as the school prepares for its amalgamation with Alcester Infants School.
The annual service has become a tradition, with music and readings provided by the children, marking a partnership between the school and the church congregation.
The new school, St Nicholas' Primary School, should continue that partnership but when the children perform in future they will be wearing their new blue uniforms instead of the familiar green.
Practising for the service are readers Matthew Laight and Penny Sreeves, both 10, and Josie Hudson, 9, watched by members of the orchestra and the Rev David Capron.
