THE Redditch peace campaigner who has held a vigil for nearly three years outside Parliament was arrested and removed by police in the early hours of Sunday.
Brian Haw, originally from Woodrow, has been charged with allegedly assaulting police officers and failing to leave a security cordon.
He is now on bail and will appear before magistrates on May 18.
