ANTIQUES Roadshow experts are heading for Worcestershire to value local treasures.

Presenter Michael Aspel and his team will visit Witley Court, in Great Witley, in their latest tour of the country.

Each roadshow attracts between 1,500 and 2,000 visitors, yet the experts have promised that everyone will be seen by the end of the day.

Items range from antiques discovered at car boot sales, and in attics to family heirlooms passed through the generations.

"The team are all looking forward to visiting Witley Court," said series editor Simon Shaw. "It's always exciting to see what will come to light on the day."

The show is rated among the BBC's top 10 television programmes, pulling in more than nine million UK viewers.

The roadshow will visit to Witley Court on Thursday, June 17, doors will open at 9.30am and close at 5pm.

Anyone with larger items can send details and a photograph to Antiques Roadshow, BBC, Whiteladies Road, Bristol, BS8 2LR, or e-mail them to antiques.roadshow@bbc.co.uk

It might be possible to look at them in advance and organise transportation to the venue.
