DR Peter Keating (Enough is enough over village housing, Journal letters ,May 5) seems to have been misinformed.
The only vilification I am aware of has been against the objectors to a house being built in Wick by the Drs Cox, of which his letter is another example.
The two objectors he particularly complains of are my brother (Charles Hudson, a Wick farmer) and my husband (Edward, a Yorkshire MEP), neither of whom has made - nor would make - personal comments about the Drs Cox. The Coxes may be seen as much victims of the decision made by Wychavon as their distressed neighbours.
This is not a personal matter but about a planning decision affecting a conservation area. It is currently being investigated by the Ombudsman.
