SWIMMING: Eliza Bradley won two races on Saturday in Nuneaton Junior League Division One at Worcester.
As well as winning the 10 years 50 metre freestyle and butterfly, Bradley was part of the winning Wyre Forest U-10s medley relay team with Faith Ross, Chloe Keen and Rhiain Moses.
The same group were also second in the freestyle relay.
Forest sent a mixture of nine to 12-year-old swimmers from the A and B teams.
Three rival clubs had won past rounds and were well ahead but under-strength Forest put up a good fight.
Final points: Phoenix Youth 214, City of Coventry 213, Perry Beeches/Triple S 206, Worcester 155, Leamington Spa 128, Wyre Forest 104.
Second places, girls: Keen (10 years, 50m breaststroke and backstroke), 10 freestyle relay (Keen, Ross, Moses, Bradley), Bradley (11, 50m butterfly); boys: Robert Smith (12, 50m breaststroke).
Third place, boys: James Hatherill (9, 25m freestyle).
l At the Rugby Open, Victoria Wassell was first 12-year-old and eighth overall in the 200m butterfly.
In her age group, Wassell was third in the 100m butterfly, 200m backstroke and 200m freestyle, and seventh in the 100m backstroke.
Ross Morton, 14, was sixth overall and second for his age in the 200m backstroke.
