A PLANT sale and coffee morning will be held at Colwall Village Hall tomorrow (Saturday) from 10am-noon, in aid of St James the Great Church flower guild. Any plants, cakes, bric-a-brac and raffle prizes should be brought along before 9.30am.
The annual parish meeting will take place on Monday, May 17, at 7.30pm in the village hall. The report from the parish council on the year 2003/2004 will be followed by Richard Southall, head of Colwall Primary School, who will speak on the importance of a village school. Tea and coffee available.
The Rogation service at St James Church is on Sunday at 10.15am.
Young Colwall Players will be holding a drama workshop tomorrow (Satur-day) in the Jean Simon Room at the Village Hall, from 10am until noon.
If you enjoy taking part in a quiz, there is one being held tonight (Friday) in the Village Hall in aid of the Colwall Guides. Details in the Village Hall.
Tickets are now available for the next production of the Colwall Players on May 27-29 in the village hall. This is to be Measure for Measure by William Shakespeare. Tickets are available from John Goodwin Estate Agent.
