PAUL Osborne, riding a private trial in the Velo Club Sevale's 10 mile time trial on the Severn Stoke/A38 course, won the event with a time of 22mins 32secs, relegating club member Brian Boswell to second place with his time of 24mins 7secs.
A close third was new member Rob Wood, who proved last week's ride was no flash in the pan with an excellent 24mins 21sec ride. Lady rider Roz Bray produced personal best time of 27mins 50secs.
The full results were: 1 P Osborne 22.32, 2 B Boswell 24.07, 3 R Wood 24.21, 4 S O'Toole 25.30, 5 J Barnett 26.43, 6 T Knight 26.54, 7 D Campbell 27.27, 8 R Bray 27.50, 9 C Lewis-Farley 28.57, 10 H Treadwell 31.02, 11 E Bray 31.04.
