TOWN general manager Richard Anson has praised all those involved in their first league title win for nearly 50 years.
Anson said: "This wasn't an overnight success, but something we have been working towards for several years and we are all absolutely delighted with what we have achieved this season.
"It has been a real team, especially over the past few weeks when we had to do as big a job off the field as we did on it.
"I'd also like to thank our supporters who have really got behind us this year. Inevitably, the players have been excellent, the spirit here has never dropped.
"Neil Hunt deserves serious accolades too, he is still only in his early 30's, but has developed rapidly as a manager and a coach, and I look forward to sitting down with Neil to draw up our plans for next season."
