POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man was injured when he was twice pinned between his car and a 4x4 vehicle.
The man was driving his maroon Ford Granada along Main Street, Bretforton, near Evesham, when he stopped to speak to the driver of a second car, which was driving close behind with its lights on full beam.
"After getting out of his car he was twice pinned against the Granada by the other vehicle, which is described as being a 4x4, larger than a Suzuki and smaller than an Isuzu Trooper," said a police spokesman.
"We are keen to hear from anyone who was passing the scene at the time or who recognises the description of the vehicle that drove off."
The incident occurred at around 10.15pm on Saturday, May 8, and the injured man was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital where he was treated and later released.
Anyone with information should contact Evesham police on 08457 444888, quoting 609S/080504.
