A COMPETITION to find the bravest and most community-minded youngsters living in and around Worcestershire is nearing its closing date.
West Mercia's Good Citizens 2004 awards honour young people who are making a positive impact to people's lives across the police force area and all nominations must be entered by Friday, May 28.
All those shortlisted for the top prize will receive a prize and £50 in cash. The young person named as West Mercia's Good Citizen of the Year will receive an extra £100 in cash to be shared equally with a charity of their choice and a trophy.
