A BABY girl suffered a broken leg, a fractured skull and broken ribs over a three-month period, Worcester Crown Court heard.
Aaron Davies, aged 24, of Hanley Road, Malvern Wells, pleaded guilty to three counts of inflicting grievous bodily harm and cruelty to the baby.
Judge Michael Mott granted him bail while a pre-sentence report is compiled.
The offences against the child, now aged 13 months, occurred between August and October last year.
Andrew Lockhart, prosecuting, said Davies "accepted reckless and rough handling of the child so that grievous injuries were called. He also failed to seek medical attention during this period".
Davies's barrister Tim Harrington said there were no similar offences on his record. He had a history of drink problems.
The defendant's wife Natalie is also due to be sentenced for child cruelty arising out of the same case.
