NEIL Grinnall Homes has appointed a dedicated customer services manager to handle purchaser enquiries.
Hannah Bradley, aged 28, has spent three-and-a-half years at Crosby Homes Midlands Ltd working with new residents. Her appointment is a new position necessitated by the company's significant increase in new homes reaching completion this year.
She will work with purchasers following exchange of contracts through to hand over of their new home.
The company has seven "live" or recently completed developments in Worcestershire.
