MORE than 830 residents took the chance to give their opinion on the most recent Local Plan to affect Redditch.
The six-week consultation took place between March 8-April 19 and residents were asked the question "Where is your pot of gold?" by the council.
Following the consultation, council development plans officers said they were pleased with the level of response from residents and also by the range of issues which were highlighted.
Each individual response has been logged and given a unique reference number and everyone who has submitted a representation has been notified by letter to confirm which site or policy in the plan they commented on.
Council officers are now making their responses and these will all be fed into a committee report which is due out towards the end of this year.
This report will be made available to view by any interested residents.
Following this, the second deposit draft of the Local Plan will go out for another six-week public consultation period, probably in December.
This will be the last chance for residents to have their say on the Local Plan.
