CHARLOTTE Tysler has won Worcester Sixth Form College's annual Victor Ludorum sports award.
She received her trophy along with other winners at the college's sports dinner at Worcestershire County Cricket Club.
Charlotte was nominated for the top prize for her outstanding contribution to both the college's hockey and tennis teams, despite having to battle a long-term knee injury.
Worcester won two national girls' hockey titles during the season, and the hockey squad was named team of the year.
Other winners included: Athletics, Anna Simmonds; basketball, Tom Holmes; football, Dan Finnigan (first team), Peter Jones (second team), Simon Paramore (third team), Ed Osbourne (fourth team); girls' hockey, Rebecca Saunders; netball, Liz Hopkins (first team), Catherine Roper-Roberts (second team); rugby union, Ryan Watkins.
