RECENTLY I had an organised visit through Neighbourhood Watch to see the Bromsgrove CCTV camera operations centre and was very impressed with the clarity of the pictures and also the versatility of the cameras.
The zoom-in facility was exceptional under the expert guidance of the operators, who could also transfer the images immediately to the police if anything looked suspicious.
When people comment, generally it's usually knocking the quality and validity of CCTV cameras. However, I would now say to anyone, you really have to see it to believe it.
