As a once frequent visitor to the Kingfisher Centre, it is with regret I now only go out of pure necessity.
The reason for my now infrequent visits is the obnoxious smell that pervades the area around the walkway from Plymouth Road car park entrance through to as far as Boots.
The source of the smell I assume is the subway.
It almost makes me heave and stays with me for a few hours after I have left the centre.
If this was a smell being produced by industry and of annoyance to neighbours, then I'm quite sure the Environment Agency would require them to do something to eliminate it.
Surely, the smell can be eliminated by suitable extraction equipment, which would then make the Kingfisher Centre a more enjoyable experience.
