YOUNGSTERS from Studley Junior School took a step back in time last week as part of their historical studies.
The youngsters went on a trip to Tamworth castle, accompanied by staff and parents, dressed as evacuees from the Second World War.
Carrying a small box with just a few belongings in and wearing their name tags, the Studley youngsters looked at the effect the war had on children.
