A LIGHT-hearted look at Saturday night television will be the main focus of a stage performance by a group of college students.
The Contact Course students at Herefordshire College of Art and Design, in Hereford, are currently putting the finishing touches to the lavish production - entitled Wigs, Werewolves and Wannabes.
The performance takes place at the Folly Arts Theatre on Tuesday, May 25, at 2pm and is based on Saturday night television, including hit show Stars in Their Eyes.
There will also be a collection for the Acorns Hospice on the day, in memory of Jenny Maclean - a contact course student who passed away recently.
The contact course was developed at Herefordshire College of Art and Design in 1974, for students with learning difficulties, and is considered the only course of its kind, in a college of art and design.
As part of the three-year full-time course, the students cover a number of disciplines including the performing arts, photography, ceramics, textiles, and information technology.
