THE case of a disappearing footpath is to be brought to the attention of highways officers, for the benefit of villagers in Callow End.
Les Davies raised the matter with Powick Parish Council after noticing that part of the path on a bend of the A4021 between the Blue Bell Inn and Jennett Tree Lane had disappeared.
"A footpath has been made on the other side of the road, but this one has disappeared," said Mr Davies.
"There are kerb stones around there and a drain on the corner, so perhaps it has just got neglected and overgrown over a period of time. It is a very dangerous bend."
Malvern Hills Highways Partnership will be asked to reinstate the path.
