GOLF: Junior Dan Ballinger followed up his hole-in-one feat at Bewdley Pines by showing he can give the adults a run for their money.
Ballinger won the club's May monthly medal in the men's section with a 76 gross 12 handicap 64 nett.
The victory reduced his handicap to 11, while Pine ladies played their first two matches in the Droitwich League.
Pine lost narrowly 3-2 to Churchill and Blakedown but defeated North Worcestershire 4.5-0.5.
