AMBITIOUS Bewdley Town should find out today what level they will be playing at next season.
They are attending a West Midlands League meeting and hope to be placed in the new Division One set-up.
Bewdley finished fourth in Division One South to qualify and have plans in place to upgrade their Ribbesford Meadows home.
A highlight of the week for boss Craig Payton was Saturday's 1-0 win at Blackheath.
With veteran Paul Brothers in attack alongside teenager Ollie Lawley, Bewdley also fielded 45-year-old Mark Thompson in goal again.
A Steve Holt goal earned victory against their fellow high-fliers and Payton admitted: "It makes you glad to be associated with Bewdley."
Goals from Ervine McMahon, Holt and Chris Hough led to a 3-1 win over Bustleholme Reserves last week.
But tired Bewdley finished off their season with a 2-1 home defeat to Malvern Town Reserves on Tuesday. Hough was on target again.
Payton paid tribute to his back-room staff who have assisted the Worcestershire Junior Cup champions.
