A MAN accused of attacking his estranged wife with a vegetable knife in a pub, and injuring three people who went to her aid, has been remanded in custody.
Sebastian Holmes, of High Street, Pershore, was arrested on suspicion of wounding with an edged article. He was later charged with six offences; four counts of wounding and one each of assault and affray.
Spokesman for South Worcestershire Police Richard Bull confirmed that officers were called to an incident at the Millers Arms on Bridge Street, Pershore, shortly before 10pm on Wednesday, May 12. The suspect was remanded in custody at Worcester Magistrates Court on Friday, May 14, when he was further remanded in custody until tomorrow. Police are not appealing for witnesses.
