DR Mohammed Aslam, chief executive of the Worcestershire Racial Equality Council, says there is a growing emergence of right-wing groups such as the BNP which have contributed to the rising number of racist attacks in Worcester.
My personal feeling is that the Commission has a personal agenda - to pick on anything that will cause trouble.
It seems to me that the existence of the WREC is itself the cause of the rise of right-wing groups.
