I AM at a loss why D E Margrett finds my remarks on the introduction of ID cards as "irresponsible"
Is it irresponsible to point out the real reasons why a government would want control over the population?
Is it irresponsible to expose the lies and spin used to impose the government's will upon a democracy?
If it is, then we don't deserve a free democratic country.
I would propose that my remarks were very responsible and that the blind belief of the propaganda put forward is the irresponsible action.
I am glad that we have an agreement on the fact that ID cards are an imposition and would also say it is a arrogant abuse of our freedom to impose them without the overwhelming permission of the people of this democracy.
If anyone can show me the evidence to support the government's claim of the benefits for the people of this nation from ID cards, I will be glad to examine it.
