FIVE students at the Jutsu School of Shotokan Karate have just passed their black belt grading.
After a gruelling five-hour session Tom Moulson, 24, Hayley Goody, 16, Ross Ganderton, 12, Mark Petruccui, 12, and Matthew Williams, 10, all passed with flying colours.
Moulson and Williams achieved their best results in the kata section scoring the maximum 10 out of 10.
The students will now join Sempai Joe Goody who achieved his first Dan last Easter and Sempai Chris Bristow who is going for his third Dan next Easter.
