IS it any wonder kids are roof-hopping? There is nothing for them to do.
It isn't a new thing as children used to go on top of Bromsgrove School of Dance and spit on passers-by. Until the children of Bromsgrove are sorted out we are going to continue having trouble with them.
Is it any wonder that they are in pubs or drinking on the streets at 15?If there were more facilities you would probably find that the percentage of anti-social behaviour would fall.
Give them a break. Yes I know there is a number of youth clubs but a lot of them are church based and children feel they are going to be pushed into religion. It isn't fair that they have to go out of Bromsgrove to occupy themselves. They are our future.
