THE May meeting concerned the resolutions, which were voted on.
At the meeting, money was raised for ACWW's Water for All project by selling glasses of tap water for a minimum of 50p.
Institute funds were also boosted by a bring-and-buy sale.
WI advicer Sandra Farquhar took members through the resolutions and also judged the competition.
Jackie Grier was first, May Lloyd second, with Jean Lees third.
On show were the earrings suitable for a pantomime dame made by May Lloyd for the group meeting and the Rose Bowl won with them.
May and Jean gave a humorous sketch taken from last month's Home and Country magazine.
The next meeting is on June 14.
