AN ANIMAL rescue centre is bursting at the seams with rabbits, especially after Easter.
Danemere Animal Rescue has the capacity to house a maximum of five bunnies, but it currently has 13.
Lucy, Specs and Fluffybits are a few of the furry friends it has to offer.
"Rabbits make excellent companions," said supervisor Dave Lannie.
"But parents do need to be more committed to having them because many children will lose interest very quickly.
"You need to think hard and before purchasing any animal. They are part of the family and not just a pet," added the 28-year-old.
Other residents at the centre include four chinchillas, three guinea pigs and three rats.
If you can help, contact Mr Lannie at the centre in Tibberton , near Worcester on 01905 345655.
