BIG Brother star Nush Nowak has sampled some of the dishes cooked up by celebrity contestants of the reality TV show Hell's Kitchen.
Miss Nowak, of Malvern, who starred in the hit Channel 4 show last year, attended chef Gordon Ramsay's specially-created restaurant with her boyfriend Sam Ornbow, whom she met when he was working as a TV researcher on Big Brother last year.
"They've been dating since August last year," said Elzbieta Shields, Nush's mother.
"I warned Nush not to add any salt to her meal or she'll be kicked out.
"Apparently, Gordon hates people using salt in his restaurant. I can't wait to find out what she had to eat and what it tasted like."
Vegetarian Nush's dinner date last night comes on the same day two of the contestants - Dwain Chambers and Tommy Vance - walked out.
DJ Vance, aged 63, lasted only 24 hours after he was drafted in to replace Roger Cook, who left with a knee injury.
Vance seemed to have had it relatively easy, helped by a former job in the catering division of The Merchant Navy.
But viewers saw athlete Chambers at boiling point after being given daily roastings from the top chef. An ITV1 spokeswoman said: "They have walked. They did not turn up for roll call this morning.
Celebrities
"Then Dwain came down in his normal clothes and just said 'I'm off, bye'. There was no big argument or anything.
"We're not sure what happened with Tommy, but we are going back through the tapes."
She said of the remaining eight celebrities: "They are absolutely united. They really, really want to make this work."
Producers are still deciding whether to bring in replacements to the kitchens in Brick Lane, east London.
Chambers, one of the world's fastest sprinters before his ban for testing positive for designer drug THG, told fellow chef Jennifer Ellison yesterday: "I can't put up with this for two weeks."
Ladbrokes had offered 4-1 odds that the 26-year-old, who was favourite to be evicted on Friday, would punch Ramsay.
The decision to quit comes after a second hungry night at the restaurant, with 15 diners not getting the food they ordered.
Viewers are being asked to vote for their favourite chef and the celebrity with the least votes will be evicted tomorrow.
