MY daughter was 17 on Saturday and two weeks ago I booked her three hours on a driving simulator with BSM at Shrewsbury (as part of a five-hour course at nearly £60).
I arrived home from work the evening before to an answerphone message sent at 11.30am asking us to re-schedule as the simulator had gone to the motor show!
What's the point of going to the brand leader when they treat you like that?
Oh, they suggested we might like to go to the motor show sometime and have a go on the simulator there or re-book for another time.
But your 17th birthday only happens once in your life and for kids the chance to start driving is a big thing.
I can't believe they would treat us like this. If we had cancelled we would have been liable to pay for the missed session.
