VALE police are appealing for information after two bogus gas fitters forced their way into a woman's home and began searching her kitchen.
The incident happened in Alexandra Road, Evesham at around 2.10pm on Sunday, May 24. The suspects pushed passed the woman who was stood on her doorstep and went into her home. After searching the kitchen both men left empty-handed, running off in the direction of Evendene Road.
The two men are believed to be aged around 40 and 18, with the older man described as fat and wearing a floppy cricketer's hat with a coloured trim. His accomplice had a freckled face with a crew cut and was wearing a dark jumper.
Police spokesman Richard Bull said: "We are very keen to hear from anyone who saw either of these men or who knows where they can be found."
