AT the April meeting Pat Mullard gave a report on the Council Meeting at Malvern. Members approved the purchase of a new president's badge. The talk was by Judy Berrow from the National Garden Scheme. Pam Upsall won the competition for a miniature garden on a tea plate.
At the May meeting final details were discussed for entries to the Craft Day at The Ramada Jarvis Hotel on May 19. Margaret Burbey made arrangements for her garden party on June 24.
A team reached the final of the area quiz, coming eighth. Nine members attended the Group Meeting at Hartlebury and Linda Sprosen reported on the Black Country entertainment given by Dandy. Some members had also enjoyed The Business of Murder at the Rose Theatre. Resolutions were discussed.
The next meeting will be the summer outing to Barnett Hill Garden Centre on June 8.
