A WORRIED Stourport resident urged councillors to throw out a bungalow plan which she said would leave her "bricked in by the Berlin Wall".
Breeda Ahern-Pitt said giving permission to build a bungalow and garage in the garden of a house in Moorhall Lane would "destroy my skyline completely".
She told members of Wyre Forest District Council's planning (development control) committee, which voted to visit the site to make their minds up: "The effect of this building on my house will give the effect of an inner town building. It will change the character of the area."
The application was to build a detached dormer bungalow and garage at the bottom of the garden, which is 65 metres long. The building would be accessed from Gheluvelt Court.
Three other letters of objection were received opposing the plan, which was recommended for approval by case officer Julia McKenzie-Watts.
