A MAN from Evesham left a map of where he could be found dead in a field, an inquest has heard.
Worcestershire Coroner's Court was told yesterday how Robert Bostock had recently separated from his wife and had been suffering from depression for two years.
County coroner Victor Round said police found the map in the room he was staying in at a Travel Inn off the A38, in Bromsgrove.
Officers had gone to the hotel after the 49-year-old talked about hanging himself during a telephone call made just after midnight on Sunday night.
Mr Bostock, of Harvey Road, was found hanged at the neck in nearby woodland around an hour-and-a-half later, Mr Round added.
The inquest was adjourned until a date yet to be fixed.
