A HELICOPTER circled Worcester last night as police hunted for a youth who had done a runner from a city store.
The police used the aerial search alongside ground officers at around 6.30pm near the A44 Bransford Road bridge, in St John's, yesterday.
The helicopter crew did not uncover the youth, but officers arrested a teenager at 1.30am today on suspicion of stealing a scooter from a Worcester shop.
Damage
Two men were arrested in Worcester Road, Malvern, on suspicion of causing criminal damage, at around 10.45am on Monday.
One was charged with criminally damaging property and a vehicle, and the other with criminal damage to a vehicle and both were bailed to attend Worcester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, June 8.
Youths
Police arrested two youths in Hill Street, Rainbow Hill, Worcester, on suspicion of theft. One was bailed to return to Worcester police station while enquiries continue, while the other was reprimanded and released.
Both arrests took place after 11.45am on Monday.
Bailed
A man has been arrested in Barbourne Road, Worcester, on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
He was arrested at 6.30pm on Monday, and bailed to return to Worcester Police Station while enquiries continue.
Witness
POLICE arrested a woman at Worcester police station at 4.40pm on Monday on suspicion of intimidating a witness.
She was bailed to return to the station while enquiries continue.
Custody
A man was arrested at 10pm on Monday in Rose Avenue, Rainbow Hill, Worcester, on suspicion of assault. He was remanded in custody while enquiries continue.
