FORMER town clerk Shirley Young has dropped her claim for constructive dismissal against Malvern Town Council.
Mrs Young handed in her resignation at about the time of last year's election, when the Malvern Town Action Group took control of the council.
Subsequently it was announced that she was taking the council to an industrial tribunal.
But at a meeting of the council on Tuesday, the out-going chairman Roger Hall-Jones told members that Mrs Young has withdrawn the claim.
Coun Hall-Jones said he was very glad that all the employment issues connected with the old council had now finished.
Mrs Young, now at the street services department of Coventry City Council, was unavailable for comment.
