THE county point to point season closes on Bank Holiday Monday when the Albrighton Woodland Hunt stage their annual fixture at Chaddesley Corbett.
Six races are planned with a 2pm start.
The Mixed Open race has a particularly competetive look about it with proven performers Well Ted, Sir Dante, Hadeqa and Fami amongst the 32 entries.
Cider Man, the probable mount of Julian Pritchard, is likely favourite in the Intermediate race but also among the 29 entries are consistant performers My Native Knight, Therealbat, Snowtre and Highbridge who could also run well.
The Open Maiden race has an entry of 42 and a division is possible, but likely horses to watch include Kirkfield, The Well Lad and perpetual runner-up Che Guevara who is aiming to make up for his previous four second places.
